Rebel 100 6 Year Old is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from the United States, specifically produced at the Lux Row Distillers in Kentucky. This expression is a permanent addition to the Rebel (formerly Rebel Yell) portfolio, launched in spring 2024 to celebrate the brand's long-standing heritage. It utilises a time-honoured wheated bourbon recipe that dates back to 1849.

Spirit Description

This bourbon is crafted from a wheated mash bill consisting of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley. It is aged for a full six years in new charred oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).

• Colour: Burnished gold.

• Aroma: The nose features rich scents of vanilla and honey, accompanied by notes of dark fruits.

• Palate: It offers an intense, full-bodied flavour profile starting with dark fruits, followed by bright citrus and robust oak. Additional notes of white pepper, ginger, and almond provide complexity.

• Finish: The finish is described as velvety smooth with a lingering hint of warming spice.
