This flagship Syrah presents an inky and inviting colour with a complex sensory profile. The nose features heady aromatics of plush blackberry, rich blueberry, and warm notes of holiday cake, black fig, and cedar. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and textured, displaying a vibrant, crisp acidity and layered flavours of blue fruit, mocha, and dark chocolate-covered cherry. It exhibits a refined structure with polished, glossy oak and supple tannins that lead to a lengthy, complex finish characterized by cherry and white pepper.
