Rosu de Purcari is a revelation for wine lovers: ripe, rich, and full of flavour. Red like fire, passionate as the first love, irresistible as a beautiful woman. It has a brick-red colour and a complex aroma of forest fruits, cranberries, and dried plums revealing delicate sweet nuances of vanilla. The fruit flavour surprises through its refinement, deepness and smoothness, ensuring a long lasting aftertaste. Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced using traditional methods. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrique.
Venison, lamb, spicy Parmesan and Cheddar cheese pair well.
