The sensory profile is elegant and fresh, featuring a bouquet of yellow apple, pear, and white flowers, accented by delicate notes of yeast and toasted bread. On the palate, the wine is dry and harmonious, showcasing a creamy texture and a lively acidity that mirrors its mountain origins. It is characterized by its balance and a clean, refreshing finish with subtle mineral undertones. This cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, typically aged for at least 24 months on the lees to develop its characteristic complexity and 'traditional method' structure.
