Lumina, meaning 'illumination of the moon' in Latin, is a bright, straw-yellow Pinot Grigio with brilliant reflections. The bouquet is fresh and complex, opening with notes of meadow flowers, pears, and golden apples, followed by refined hints of sage and mint. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied, lively, and elegant, featuring a harmonious blend of pear, green apple, and citrus peel flavours. It is characterized by an elegant minerality and a long-lived finish with subtle scents of freshly baked bread. Typically crafted from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes sourced from the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia regions, this wine is best enjoyed within one to two years of release to maintain its crisp, aromatic profile.
