Luciano Sandrone, one of the most respected modern producers in Piedmont, has been crafting wines since 1978, combining traditional methods with precise vineyard management. The Valmaggiore site, with its sandy, south-facing slopes, has long been prized for producing Nebbiolo of finesse and aromatic intensity.
Wine Description
Brilliant ruby red in colour, this wine opens with alluring aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and violet, accented by notes of orange zest and subtle spice. On the palate, it shows vibrant acidity and medium body, with fine-grained tannins that lend structure without overpowering the fruit. The finish is long and elegant, echoing flavours of red berries, floral tones, and hints of clove and earth.
