Wine Description

The wine presents a clear, luminous pale straw yellow colour with bright greenish-gold reflections along the rim. An expressive, highly perfumed bouquet opens with seductive aromas of fresh white peach, ripe apricot, green apple, and melon, interwoven with elegant notes of white jasmine blossom, honeysuckle, crushed limestone, wild fennel, and toasted almond. On the palate, it is medium-to-full bodied, satiny, and rounded, delivering generous flavours of orchard fruit, lemon curd, and white nectarine, all supported by a bright, mouthwatering spine of natural acidity. Framed by a rich, coat-the-mouth texture derived from fine lees contact and a driving mid-palate structure, it concludes with a long, persistent finish marked by lingering citrus peel, savory herbs, and a clean mineral grip.
