Salvioni’s La Cerbaiola Rosso di Montalcino is a vibrant and refined expression of Sangiovese, offering both immediacy and depth. The nose bursts with red cherry, wild berries, and violet, layered with hints of sweet spice, tobacco, and fresh herbs. The palate is lively yet structured, showcasing juicy red fruit, earthy minerality, and finely grained tannins, all lifted by bright acidity.
