Sandhi Wines, established in 2010, is a partnership between famed sommelier Rajat Parr and winemaker Sashi Moorman. The winery’s name is derived from the Sanskrit word for "collaboration," reflecting their joint effort with growers and nature. Their philosophy is centered on "In Pursuit of Balance," crafting wines with lower alcohol, higher acidity, and a distinct Burgundian influence that eschews the heavily oaked, buttery style often associated with California Chardonnay.

Palate: Medium-bodied and elegantly structured. It is celebrated for its vibrant, citrusy acidity and a saline minerality that persists through the finish. The texture is silky yet "grippy," reflecting careful 500L oak puncheon fermentation and aging with minimal new oak.
