Product description

Santa Julia El Burro Malbec Natural originates from Argentina, located within the Mendoza region and the Maipu subregion. Bodega Santa Julia was established by the Zuccardi family and named in honour of Julia Zuccardi, reflecting the family's long term commitment to sustainable farming and community development. As one of the early pioneers of organic viticulture in Argentina, the winery emphasizes natural winemaking practices, producing minimal intervention wines fermented with wild yeasts and bottled without added sulphites or filtration.

Wine Description

This red wine displays a deep red colour with vibrant violet hues. The nose is expressive and fruit forward, presenting aromas of fresh dark cherry, ripe plum, mulberry, and floral violet notes complemented by a subtle, rustic earthy quality. On the palate, it features a medium to full body with a generous texture, balanced by lively acidity and soft, rounded tannins. Stylistically, the wine emphasizes freshness, purity, and drinkability, concluding with a persistent and pleasant finish tasting of plum jam.
