This artisanal New Western-style gin originates from Mexico, produced in the Jalisco region. Crafted by the independent distillery Satvrnal—founded by Jorge Nájera and Pedro Andrés—in Zapopan (Guadalajara), the brand bridges Mexican distilling craft with modern botanical experimentation. Distilled in small batches, Expression N.4 combines traditional juniper with Mexican herbs, citrus, and spices to highlight local terroir.

Spirit Description

This gin presents a crystal-clear, bright appearance in the glass. The nose opens with direct, spicy notes of piney juniper, green pepper, fresh-cut grass, and floral undertones of lavender, balanced by bright citrus. On the palate, it is clean and refreshing, featuring a burst of fresh floral notes, cracked black pepper, bright citrus zest, and resinous juniper. The finish is striking, dry, and lively, leaving lingering citrus oils and warm botanical spice. Bottled at a higher strength of 47% ABV, it offers a bold, crisp, and well-balanced profile.
