The Schloss Johannisberg Gelblack Riesling presents a brilliant, pale lemon-yellow colour. The sensory profile is exceptionally vibrant and fresh, featuring a bouquet of yellow peach, apricot, and grapefruit, accented by delicate notes of orange blossom, rosemary, and cool mint. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and "energetic," showcasing a fabulous concentration of fruit balanced by a racy, wet-stone acidity.
