The sensory profile is 'strikingly soft' and aromatic, featuring a nose of baked cherries, dark plum, and red licorice, layered with sophisticated notes of vanilla, brown sugar, and toasty oak spice. On the palate, the wine is medium to full bodied and 'lush', showcasing rich flavours of ripe strawberry, blueberry, and milk chocolate underpinned by subtle hints of violet and truffle. It is characterized by its silky mouthfeel, fine-grained tannins, and a balanced acidity that prevents the jammy fruit character from being overwhelming.
