The 2019 Ashmore Riesling gleams with a pale lemon hue, hinting at its brightness and energy. The nose reveals an aromatic medley of lime blossom, white peach, and wet slate, underscored by a subtle honeyed note from bottle development. On the palate, the wine is taut and linear, with flavours of green apple, citrus zest, and flinty minerality. Medium-bodied with brisk acidity, it finishes long and clean, showing both clarity and finesse. Crafted from 100% Riesling, this wine shows the precision and balance typical of the vineyard and is best enjoyed from now through 2029.
