Wine Description

The Slow Press Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep violet colour. The nose is aromatic and complex, offering scents of black cherry, blackberry, and cassis complemented by notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak. On the palate, the wine is medium to full bodied and velvety, featuring layers of dark fruit, mocha, and liquorice balanced by soft tannins and a subtle oak sweetness. It is characterized by its robust structure and a long, satisfying finish with lingering notes of plum, cocoa, and warm spice. This wine is primarily composed of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from premium regions including Paso Robles, Lodi, and Monterey. The ABV is 13.5%, and while the wine is crafted from sustainable vineyards certified by the Lodi Rules program, it is not certified organic.
