This medium-bodied red originates from South Africa’s renowned Western Cape. Established in 1692, Spier Wine Farm is one of the oldest wine farms in Stellenbosch and has been owned by the Enthoven family since 1993.
Wine Description
The Spier Merlot Signature Collection presents a medium ruby red colour in the glass. The nose is inviting and berry-forward, offering aromas of red and black berries and ripe dark cherries, underscored by a subtle hint of mint and eucalyptus. On the palate, the wine is plump and round, featuring a juicy freshness, bright acidity, and sleek, well-integrated tannins.
