The 100% Sauvignon Blanc presents brilliant hues of pale yellow and green. Fresh aromas of grapefruit, kiwi, and fennel are intertwined with a subtle vanillin thread, indicative of the element of new French oak. On the palate, yellow grapefruit and lime zest flavours follow, along with the essence of ripe pear. The wine is medium-bodied with a dense middle palate, offering a round, rich mouth feel due to toasted oak qualities and the subtle creaminess of sur-lies maturation.
