The Sterling Vintner’s Collection Pinot Noir offers notes of black cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, vanilla and tobacco spice on the nose. The concentrated palate is rich with good depth and complex flavours of dark berries, black tea, cocoa dust and warm vanilla. The tannins are silky and well-integrated and lead to a flavourful finish.
