Stonestreet Estate Vineyards is located in the Alexander Valley of Sonoma County, California. Founded in 1989 by wine industry pioneer Jess Jackson, the winery is renowned for its high-elevation 'mountain' wines. The estate spans 5,500 acres across the Mayacamas Mountain range, with vineyards rising from 400 to 2,400 feet in elevation to capture the diverse mesoclimates of the region.
Wine Description
The Estate Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep garnet purple colour and opens with vivacious aromas of redcurrants, black raspberries, and dried Provence herbs. The palate is full bodied and rich, featuring notes of dark plum, blood orange, star anise, and cocoa. This wine is celebrated for its fantastic energy and freshness, supported by ripe, grainy tannins and a long, savory finish.
