Product description
The Cipes family converted their own vineyards to certified organic status shortly after acquiring the property, and the home vineyard in Kelowna was BC’s first Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyard in 2012. The winery's philosophy centres on organic and biodynamic practices, viewing their plots as 'vineyard ecosystems' to produce authentic, terroir-driven wines, which are famously finished in a replica of the Great Pyramid on site.
Wine Description
Textural and unique with refreshing notes of lemon verbena, green almond, lime zest and white flowers and a hint of savoury green olive on the finish. Pair this refreshing white wine with Mediterranean inspired chicken thighs, pan seared fish with fresh herbs, or garden salads.
