This golden yellow champagne features a brilliant body with fine, persistent bubbles. The expressive nose offers a bouquet of fresh fruit and brioche, followed by delicate notes of peach, white flowers, and vanilla pod. On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh, showing exceptional harmony with flavours of honey and fresh fruit. It is a non-vintage blend typically composed of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier sourced from over 35 different crus.
