This landmark Super Tuscan is a 100% Cabernet Franc that pours a clear, rich ruby red with a slightly brightening edge. The nose is deeply expressive and inviting, unravelling layered aromas of sweet mint, vanilla bean, and white pepper spice, alongside notes of cassis and pickled plums. On the palate, the wine exudes elegance and absolute complexity, offering a mouth-filling texture balanced by a distinctive brightness and beautifully soft, fine tannins. Flavors of tart cherries and black licorice build depth before transitioning into a long, fruit-driven finish accented by lingering notes of cedar and balsamic.
