While most Turley wines are single vineyard designates, Juvenile is a unique blend crafted from younger vines—ranging from 6 to 25 years in age—replanted within 27 of the estate's most prestigious old vine sites across 11 different counties.

This 100% Zinfandel presents a bright red and purplish hue, offering an exuberant and expressive sensory profile. The nose is generous and fragrant, bursting with aromas of dark cherry, ripe raspberry, and blueberry, layered with floral notes of lavender and violets, plus a hint of savory 'thanksgiving spices'. On the palate, the wine is mid weight and juicy, displaying a succulent texture with flavors of blackcurrant, red plum, and cracked pepper. It is well structured with soft, silken tannins and a lively acidity that provides exceptional balance to its 15.2% alcohol content. The finish is snappy and persistent, marked by a touch of briar and spice. This wine was fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in a mix of 80% French and 20% American oak (95% used).
