The Unsworth Charme de l'Ile Rosé is a vibrant, salmon-hued sparkling wine crafted using the Charmat method to preserve its fresh, fruit-forward character. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of cranberry, wild strawberry, and rhubarb, accented by subtle notes of cream and yeast from light lees contact. The palate is refreshingly dry and structured, featuring a soft but generous mousse with flavours of red currants, raspberry, and a hint of crisp red apple. Made from 100% Pinot Noir (though some seasonal blends may include a touch of Pinot Gris or Sauvignette), this wine is defined by its brisk coastal acidity and a balanced, chalky finish.
