The wine presents a clear, luminous pale gold colour with bright green-gold reflections and an ultra-fine, persistent bead rising steadily to a delicate mousse along the rim. An expressive, highly complex bouquet opens with noble aromas of mirabelle plum, white peach, poached pear, and candied lemon peel, interwoven with sophisticated notes of acacia blossom, fresh brioche, toasted almond, hazelnut, honeysuckle, and crushed chalk minerality. On the palate, it is medium-to-full bodied, silken, and energetic, delivering concentrated flavours of stone fruit, citrus oil, and saline mineral earth, all supported by a bright, mouthwatering spine of natural cool-climate acidity.
