Wine Description

This wine displays a fine, clean red colour with ruby reflections. The sensory profile opens with typical Pinot Noir aromas of morello cherry, blackcurrant, and redcurrant, layered with hints of smoke, humus, and occasionally animal notes. On the palate, it is rich and complex with a firm texture supported by supple, elegant tannins and a fine balance. The finish is fresh and spicy, echoing the red fruit and earthy notes found on the nose. This 100% Pinot Noir is crafted from grapes grown on east and southeast facing slopes with shallow, pebbly calcareous soil.
