Originating from Italy in the Veneto region, specifically within the delle Venezie IGT appellation, Villa Teresa Organic Rosé represents a fresh, eco-conscious, and vibrant expression of Italian organic rosé. Produced by the historic Dinami family estate of Vintners Dinami / Fratelli Di Maria, the Villa Teresa line has been a pioneer in certified organic viticulture in northeastern Italy since the late 1980s. Sourced from organically farmed estate vineyards situated across the flat alluvial plains and gentle rolling hills of Venetia, the vines grow on limestone, clay, and gravel soils. The winemaking philosophy emphasizes sustainable practices and minimal intervention, utilizing gentle pressing, short skin contact to extract a delicate pink hue, and low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats to preserve bright fruit aromatics and crisp natural acidity.

Wine Description

The wine presents a luminous, pale coral pink colour with delicate peach reflections along the rim. An expressive, highly fragrant bouquet opens with charming aromas of wild strawberry, fresh raspberry, pink grapefruit, and watermelon, interwoven with subtle notes of white blossoms, orange peel, and dried herbs. On the palate, it is light-to-medium bodied, crisp, and refreshing, delivering delicious flavours of red berry fruit, citrus zest, and mineral earth, all supported by a bright, mouthwatering spine of natural acidity. Framed by a clean, balanced texture and a supple mid-palate structure, it concludes with a lively, persistent finish marked by lingering strawberry, pomegranate, and a subtle saline mineral grip.
