Dorrance Wines, founded by Christophe and Sabrina Durand in 2000, is situated in Cape Town's Heritage Square. As South Africa's first urban winery, Dorrance sources grapes from select vineyards across the Cape, emphasizing minimal intervention and traditional winemaking techniques to craft wines of refined character.
Wine Description
This Cuvée Ameena Syrah presents an alluring bouquet of dark fruits intertwined with subtle white pepper notes. On the palate, it offers a svelte and silky texture, revealing rich depth and purity of fruit. The wine is elegant, balanced, and inherently fresh, culminating in a lingering farewell. Its fine-boned structure is complemented by firm tannins derived from 100% whole-bunch fermentation.
