Product description

The Fidele (Extra Brut) is Vouette & Sorbee Estate's main cuvée, a blanc de noirs (grown on Kimmeridgian soils) with dried cherry fruit and a savory, herbal intensity.  Made from 100% Pinot Noir from biodynamically farmed estate vineyards in the Aube,  Fidele is fermented in neutral oak, bottled and aged sur latte for 20 months. Very minimal sulfur added. Amazing elegance and depth of flavors.
