Wine Description
The sensory profile is rich and complex, opening with aromatics of toasty oak, baked apple, and freshly cut pineapple. The palate echoes these notes, featuring ripe apples, caramelized pineapple, melted caramel, and toasted brioche. Stylistic notes include a subtle hint of creamy oak, suggesting notes of crème brûlée, along with a dollop of buttery richness that extends into a long, lengthy finish.
Food Pairing
Suggested pairings that complement this rich and complex Chardonnay include aged white cheddar and sourdough baguette, lobster tails with clarified butter, smoked chicken quesadillas, and mushroom risotto.
