Spirit Description

Wild Life Blackberry Gin begins with a base gin crafted from 100% Alberta-grown wheat and malted barley, copper pot-distilled on-site with classic gin botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, citrus peel, and mountain flora. Whole blackberries are then steeped into the finished gin, allowing the natural sugars, vibrant fruit juices, and dark berry colors to integrate into the spirit. Bottled without cloying artificial syrups, it delivers an authentic balance of piney juniper structure and ripe berry tartness.

• Colour: Deep ruby red to rich garnet with dark violet hues.

• Aroma: Vibrant and fruit-forward, opening with fresh crushed blackberries, ripe plum, and jammy dark berries, grounded by crisp piney juniper, citrus zest, and subtle earthy botanicals.
