Founded in 1996 by entrepreneurs Mike Tymchuk and Alan Yule, Wild Rose Brewery was established with the mission to 'free Albertans from the tyranny of boring beer'. The brewery is deeply rooted in local history, famously operating out of a historic air force hangar in the Currie Barracks area, a heritage that inspired the name of this flagship ale.
Beer Description
This English style brown ale presents a striking dark brown and ruby hued appearance. The aromatic profile is defined by rich notes of espresso and cocoa, which carry through to a palate that is both dark and mysterious yet remarkably approachable. Characterized by a medium body and mild hopping, it offers a sophisticated balance of malty sweetness and a crisp, smooth finish.
