Domaine William Fevre Chablis 2022 originates from France, located within the famous Burgundy region and the Chablis subregion. Founded in 1959 by William Fevre, the estate expanded from seven initial hectares into one of the premier producers in the appellation, and joined the Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite portfolio in 2024. The estate is celebrated for its environmental stewardship and terroir focused winemaking, managing old vine holdings across Kimmeridgian soils to capture the authentic, mineral driven expression of the region.

Wine Description

This white wine displays a clear, luminous yellow colour with subtle green glints. The nose is bursting with vibrant aromas of fresh lemon, green apple, peach, white flowers, and flinty mineral notes. On the palate, it offers a medium body with a supple, satiny texture balanced by crisp acidity and intense freshness. Stylistically, the wine shows refined complexity and harmony, blending rich orchard fruit flavours with a characteristic saline minerality. The finish is dry, clean, and sleek with excellent length.
