In the mid-1800s, J.P. Wiser set out to create a whisky that pleased the nose, tongue and eye, and the result is this bright golden whisky that offers aromas of sweet caramel, dried fruit, and vanilla. The palate is rich with toasted grain, sweet cornmeal and vanilla flavours, followed by a smooth and creamy finish.
