Wolf Blass Cabernet Sauvignon Yellow Label displays a deep crimson or garnet colour with purple hues. The nose is aromatic and lifted, offering scents of dark plum, blackberry, and cassis fruit accented by varietal leafiness and subtle hints of cedar, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, the wine is full bodied and smooth, delivering rich flavours of blackcurrant and dark plum integrated with nuances of chocolate, tobacco, and savoury oak. It is characterized by its generous structure, fine tannins, and a long, textured finish. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon typically features an ABV of 13.5% to 14.5% and has a very low sugar content of approximately 3 g/L.
