This structured sparkling wine originates from France, within the Creamant d'Alsace A.O.C. appellation in the Alsace region. Produced by Wolfberger, an iconic winemaking cooperative established in 1902 that has grown into one of Alsatian viticulture's premier pioneers, this bottling reflects centuries of traditional method sparkling winemaking. Sourced from choice vineyard plots situated on the eastern slopes of the Vosges Mountains, the vines benefit from a unique dry and sunny continental microclimate. The complex soils, rich in limestone, marl, and granite, allow Pinot Noir grapes to achieve ideal phenolic maturity while locking in a vibrant, age worthy natural acidity and distinct mineral focus.

The Wolfberger Brut Ros'e9 Cr'e9mant d'Alsace presents a delicate salmon pink colour in the glass with bright copper reflections and a fine, persistent stream of delicate bubbles. Its sensory profile is exceptionally fresh, high toned, and precise, delivering an energetic, pure, and elegant portrait of Alsatian terroir. The bouquet opens with a soaring display of fresh wild strawberries, tart raspberries, watermelon, and red cherries, seamlessly layered with subtle underlays of white flowers, lemon zest, wet stone, and a faint hint of toasted brioche. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied, sleek, and athletic, showcasing a succulent core of red berry fruit and blood orange zest. It is characterized by its outstanding inner energy and an incisive, mouthwatering backbone of natural acidity that effortlessly lifts its mid palate weight. The mouthfeel is weightless and creamy, framed by a delicate mousse that carries into a long, dry, and clean finish accented by persistent notes of mineral chalk and lingering berry skin.
