Product description

Pure aromas reminiscent of fresh apricots, lifted ginger, saffron and fresh white flowers. A long, rich and luscious palate, with intense and expressive stone fruit flavours finishing with an alluring citrus freshness. This wine will continue to grow and develop in the bottle, firstly showing enhanced apricots and spice, then after a couple of years developing honey flavours and toast complexity. A wonderful food wine that complements spiced dishes. Try it with Moroccan tajine and spiced couscous or pork dumplings with ginger and chilli oil dipping sauce. Vegan and vegetarian friendly!

92 Points - Wine Spectator     Dense and generous, with dried apricot, mango and succulent nectarine flavors, a touch of salted toasted almonds and floral overtones. Harmonious on the long, impressive finish. Drink now through 2036.

91 Points - James Suckling     Attractive, slightly toasty oak and grilled hazelnuts with peaches and white flowers in a fresh mode. The palate has fresh apricot flavors, a smooth texture and a supple, flavorful finish.

91 Points - Decanter     Attractive and inviting peach and perfumed floral notes lead on to a soft silky palate braced with glossy textured pear.
