Tasting Notes ... Deep crimson red. An exotic mixture of aromas such as Turkish delight, blood plums, violet, blueberry and white pepper. Medium bodied with flavors of dark cherry and spiced fruit cake. The tannins are fine and mouth coating and the finish is plush and round showing the synergy of blending these two varieties.
Goes well with beef skewers or Moroccan spiced grilled eggplant covered in sautéed ripe tomatoes, chilli and fresh herbs.
