Izumi is a beautifully structured Tokubetsu Junmai Ginjo sake with aromas of pineapple, apricot, and cotton candy. The sweetness continues with flavours of apple sauce, pineapple, and field strawberries. Izumi has a silky mouthfeel with pervading umami notes. Try it with broiled black cod, hamachi tiradito, or Caesar salad.
