This Sauvignon Blanc is born from the mixture of three different vineyards implanted in Gualtallary, with different soils and heights, which are around 1,300 to 1,600 meters above sea level and combine sand, stones and calcium carbonate. To make it, 5 harvest stages are carried out, from veraison to maturity, achieving the right balance in acidity and volume in the mouth. Some crops are fermented separately in different stainless steel vessels and then the cut is made.
At sight it appears delicate and bright, with steely green tones. On the nose it is complex and of great refreshing intensity, mineral, with notes of wet stones, herbs and rue. In the mouth it is intense and with good nerve. Its natural acidity makes it a very fresh wine with a very long finish.
