Produced by Cascina Valle Asinari, a historic estate in San Marzano Oliveto, this wine is crafted from 100% Barbera grapes cultivated on sandy and silty soils. The winery employs traditional methods, including fermentation in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts and aging in large Slavonian oak casks, to create a wine that reflects the character of its terroir.
